Cheetah Print Stacker Ring

I ordered a ring from Hellhound as a Xmas gift for my son. Got notifications that ring was sent for delivery. Received a notification that order was being returned for incorrect address. I admit, I think it was my mistake, so reached out to vendor right away. Said I would pay for shipping again to get ring. This was before Xmas. I waited a bit knowing it was a busy time. I didn’t hear back from them until 1/11/2023, and was asked about address and notified ring would be resent. I reached out again to see if ring has been sent, no answer. No ring and out $100+. Very disappointed to say the least.
