Second Batch of Broken Cookies

I love the date Tamriya and have them with my morning coffee. They are delicious, but my last two orders of six boxes each, have come completely crumbled and inedible. Something is happening in the shipping that destroys my favorite treat! Have contacted the company but have not heard back yet. Wish they were sold locally so that I could avoid the shipping issue!
