1967 Ford Mustang 6 Cylinder T-5 Transmission Conversion Kit

Way easier job than I thought

Swapped a T5 into my '67 6 cylinder Mustang using this kit, and a clutch kit for a '78 Fairmont. It's a remarkably easy job. If you've done a clutch job on an older car, it's no more complicated than that. Pro tip: get your bellhousing part number first, and call CPC with that number - don't guess. They will get you the right adapter the first time. I was able to use my stock 3-speed yoke (the CPC one uses a bigger U joint that won't fit my driveshaft) and stock driveshaft. Can't believe how easy this job was, and now my Mustang is a totally different car with the T5 vs that clunky old 3 speed. Great product!
