Purchased and paid from website after speaking to the owner to confirm it was in stock, but then owner realized he listed wrong price several hours after the transaction. He wanted to refund me because he would not make his profit. I then chose to purchase from another dealer at a better price than his new ask. He never even tried to at least match the other dealers price for his mistake. I’m very happy with my new clubman, just was not purchased from this dealer. He’s a dealer and needs to turn his profit, I’m a consumer who appreciates customer service. I choose to deal with retailers who at least attempt to demonstrate a modicum of customer service and ownership of mistakes. Make of my review what you will. He seems to have many happy customers, I’m simply not one of them. Only reviewing as I received an email asking for a review. Guessing that was another website mishap as well.
