I am so happy with my White Patronus Charmballa Bracelet. It's beautiful and actually quite sturdy. It took me a few minutes to figure out how to close and loosen it, but that's one of the things that adds to its uniqueness. I ended up cutting a small amount of the string so that I had less of it dangling off of my wrist, but that was just a preference. The charms are of really good quality. I like that I can wear this with a nice blouse and jeans, or a white summer dress, something with red in it to help the red in the bracelet pop out, or whatever I want. Also, I really love the note that came with it. After reading it and understanding a bit of background from the company, I've decided to be a supporter and purchase other items in the future when I'm ready for that. Lastly, dealing with customer service was a breeze and I can actually say, a pleasant experience. Which says a lot b/c typically it can be a pain in the butt. I really felt like they were genuinely interested in making sure I was a satisfied customer. GeNuiNeLy! It's been more than 6 to 12 business days since I ordered and my items still hasn't arrived on time for my son's birthday surprise present! Totally and utterly disappointed and shattered with NOGU for my first time purchased experience!
