8' Extō+4 Bottle Rocket Red - Red & Black w/ Black & White X Cord

Product is great, lead time and communication…not so much. This is my second order. The first took 5 weeks to be delivered. I e-mailed to check status and was told there was flu going around so everything was delayed. This order was the same, minus the flu reason. Each time I e-mailed, the product was shipped shortly after as if my email was a reminder of my outstanding order.
