Watermelon Rose Tonic

First! All of the Iconic mixers are great. Never tried the Watermelon Rose Tonic before. It will become a staple in the many other Iconic mixers moving forward. Compliments a smoky Mezcal exceptionally well. Topo Chico, key limes (a must) Taijin, BOOM.

Subtle, summery, and scrumptious!

I liked the old watermelon rose tonic, but this new and improved recipe is even better! It tastes so fresh, cool, and refined. A very subtle flavor in my opinion, since watermelon is usually on the less intense side of things, but the rose really punches it up to an interesting flavor combination. I am a huge fan of anything floral, and this definitely hits the mark. I have only made a margarita with it so far, but plan to try it with gin next. I can't get enough Iconic!

Goes fast!

Loved this mix. Only problem was there was t enough of it. Ran out too quickly.
