The Akari 1AY is a variation of the Akari 1A, one of Isamu Noguchi’s first designs for Akari light sculptures. It features yellow screenprinted mulberry bark washi paper and tight, evenly-spaced bamboo ribbing, with a rounded form set on three metal legs.
