Dawson's Reaper Mayhem Hot Sauce

Simple ingredients, excellent quality

This my second time getting Dawson's Reaper Mayhem from Chilly Chilies and it was the same great experience. The sauce is made from a handful of ingredients and is mostly peppers which is what I look for. It's everything you would expect from a reaper sauce, spicy and in your face on the first taste. It does get a pury build up at the opening as you use the bottle, carefully as this is a concentrate and is hotter then the liquid itself. Definitely don't get it on your hands. This is now my go to sauce after a similar version I was getting from Texas got turned into a Tabasco substitute.

Nice and Hot

Quite spicy. Should be rated Heat Level 11 rather than 10. After tasting it, I had to check the ingredients on the label and was quite surprised that it didn't contain extract. (this is a good thing, because extract just makes it hot and has no flavour)
