Issues with shipping

The product arrived and was very cute and high quality but did not arrive in time for my son’s birthday sadly. I ordered it with enough lead time but it seems the seller didn’t take into account possible shipping delays. The seller did offer to remake the item and send priority mail, which was a kind gesture but it still arrived 3 days after I needed it. Nonetheless, the item is very nice so I’ll remove the number and try to find a use for it.
