Strawberry Earrings

A little disappointed!

There are a couple of issues. Firstly I paid for the delivery charge, I again had to pay another £20 here in Austria for postage charge. I know you products are good quality, but the Strawberry earrings were so small and not at all as I had expected. Really a disappointment! and too expensive to return. The heart earrings were as expected and lovely. However would you please look into this. Thank you, Emma Franklin
