Hatch is always top quality. Items ship very quickly, and the gear holds up in real -world harsh conditions. In a fight with a bucket list fish, Hatch is what you rely on to get the job done.

Hatch leader and tippet material is the Gold Standard (actually Platinum Standard) for saltwater leader construction. I am not sure which one of the prominent fly shop brands is second best, but I have used them all and they pale in comparison to Hatch. Don't spend thousands of dollars on your gear and trip of a lifetime and try to save a few bucks on your leader material -- only to end up with spookier and less durable stuff.

Really nice material, easy to knot but still stiff enough. Will be buying more.
