Wasn't expecting brilliant quality but turned out to be fantastic!

The locket was beautiful, the chain was beautiful, the charms were beautiful. They were all great quality. Along with a really good price, beautiful wrapping and wonderful customer service. The first locket I ordered was bigger than expected but that was on me for not checking the measurements. Rachael was fantastic and my order was replaced without quibble.
