Issues
Had an issue that was out of Vvivids control. FEDEX misplaces our package. Mike at Vvivid immediately refunded my overnight charge and tracked our package down after I spent an hour on the phone with FEDEX without traction. Our package came the following day and we where able to complete the project without issues. This was our first order to try them out and after experiencing the elevated customer service we will continue to grow with Vvidid as a partner.

Still waiting
Placed an order for 2 rolls of wrap for a Challenger Hellcat. After not hearing anything for little over a week I sent an email. Received a response about shipping delays and i would be sent tracking information once shipped. Never received tracking information but did receive half my order about a week later. Still waiting for the rest of order while the Hellcat sits dismantled and prepped. First and probably last time ordering through Vvivid. The film itself was “ok”, easy to work with but seemed to pick up light scratches easily. Packaging was mislabeled indicating a different color than what i ordered. IMO there’s too many other options in automotive wrap to deal with subpar customer service for an average product.
