Been using Anessa for years. Never let me down. This sunscreen in Asia has decades of good reputation, could say I grew up knowing it. From my personal experience, tried many sunscreen from many brands, yet nothings beats Anessa.

Missing product in my order

The product it great, but very unhappy the way seller do business, I ordered large order n receive in 3 part, and the 3 packages I got missing my order which I placed 5 items, when I got the packages on the label it said 5 but open the box only 2 in there, I email the seller 3 emails but didn’t respond back, I was gonna order more stuff with large order again, but this problem make me feel odd when they not even trying to solve the problem
