Weighted Vest

Well-made vest. No issues at all. I would buy the heavier one if it was ever in stock

Just as I’d hoped. I can feel the added intesity to my workout but not too much. I am focused on not getting injured or so strained I lose my moment. This is a perfect add for my treadmill walk on my NordicTrak every day.

I like this vest (a cautionary tale)

I really like this vest. It is well made, soft, comfortable and adjustable. I had a surprise though the day after using it for the first time when I woke up with right shoulder pain. I should explain that I bought the vest for trail walking with weight (rucking). I had been using a 20# weight inside a backpack for this purpose for more than a month and wanted to try the vest instead. It felt great in terms of the weight and the weight distribution. I had upper back fatigue during my walk and otherwise no issues but Boy! did I ever have a problem the next day and for a while afterwards with right shoulder pain. Moral of the story, expect a 'break in period' when changing your weight distribution. I have gone back to the backpacked load for now. Hoping to use the vest (on smaller walks) in the future.
