Always good quality hay. If you get a bale that isn't up to standard, Woonona Petfoods swap it for a new one, without hesitation. Delivery service is second to none. The driver carries my order from the truck into to the feed shed at the back of my house, all without asking. Can't get better than that!! I am very happy.
