Bad customer service

I never received the hose. I made a great effort to receive it after the box that had $900 worth of other Milwaukee brand items did not contain the $33 hose. Pictures were emailed and follow up phone calls were made but have not received any response, refund or a hose. I will take my Milwaukee purchasing to another company that does offer resolution to an issue.

Does not fit

The hose I received does not fit. I have emailed red tool store and have heard only crickets.... I have received several requests to rate my purchases in the meantime.
