In the process of making a ping pong table from ambrosia maple, I needed a way to hinge two sides so that it could be folded. Soss hinges seemed the best solution but my drilling and chiselling the mortises on a practice board yielded lass than satisfactory results. Found this jig and bushing and saved a lot of time. I carefully measured and the table went together flawlessly aligning the six hinges. Precise, simple and quick- what a perfect solution.
