Vespers Decaf

I tried the Vespers decaf coffee for the first time and was a bit perplexed. After brewing the first pot and getting my first cup of this coffee, I found the coffee had a bacon flavor to it. That is the best way I can describe the flavor. After the pot settled for a while, it seemed as though the bacon flavor disappeared. It was a good cup of coffee and I do like bacon but I was surprised at the taste which did clear up after a while. I will purchase again to see if this was a one off batch or a constant taste with this blend.

A rich decaffeinated coffee? Yep!

Each day I shift from regular to decaffeinated coffee about mid-day. I've searched for years to find an afternoon decaf brew that could hold a candle to the morning brew taste-wise. Vespers Decaf met the challenge! It's a wonderful brew for evening coffee (or for an afternoon brew, if like me that's what you're looking for!). My daughter is a coffee aficionado, and I can't wait for her to try it. I know she's going to be impressed. I am, and you will be, too!
