Will O’ Wisp Comb-Out Cape

i just bought this for my own use. I am not a licensed beautician. I have always used one of these capes, but cannot find them locally I noticed the name on my old cape and that is how I found you.

I love these they keep loose hair off clothes as well as hairspray.

Great for shampoo/sets, prom and bridal hair and comb outs!!!
