Great Cape/ Better Service

Opening a shop and decided to use the Betty Dain Cape to supply the shop. Excellent quality and they look great. A few days after buying the capes, I was sent an email for a spring sale to receive half off of any cape purchases. I contacted customer service to say hey, I just bought a ton of these a few days ago and just received this email. They went ahead and gave me the difference in a refund. Therefore, they gave me the sale price anyway. Since I am opening a shop, I am spending so much money right now. Their refund was nominal in the scope of things. However, the customer service has made me client for life and I will always purchase capes with BettyDain now Customer service is lacking in so many places today. I am very thankful to Betty Dain for remembering the big picture rather than the quick sale.

Item not the same as pictured

I received a cape that does not match the stock photos. The packaging of the cape does however match the website photos, just not the actual cape itself. I reached out to customer service and they were no help. Subpar service. Won’t be ordering from this site again.

I like these capes very much, durable and well made
