This has become a nightmare I will no longer be doing business with this company! I’ve been highly inconvenienced and no one seems to have any time frame for my refund after I even paid extra for expedited shipping and didn’t even get it in time which is why I had to refuse the package due to going with a different vendor to purchase in person for my clients installation appointment. I have had to pay twice for this product and haven’t been helped by anyone regarding my refund! Awful customer service experience

Very pleased with my purchase! These hand tied wefts are extremely good quality human hair and I couldn't believe how perfectly the blonde highlighted color matched my actual hair!! WOW is all I can say! Also, my purchase arrived incredibly fast within a few days from when I placed the order. I would give more than 5 stars if I could. HIGHLY, HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!
