This has become a nightmare I will no longer be doing business with this company! I’ve been highly inconvenienced and no one seems to have any time frame for my refund after I even paid extra for expedited shipping and didn’t even get it in time which is why I had to refuse the package due to going with a different vendor to purchase in person for my clients installation appointment. I have had to pay twice for this product and haven’t been helped by anyone regarding my refund! Awful customer service experience
