I wanted to return an item because the gemstone colour wasn't quite what I was looking for (slightly too green). There was absolutely no problem getting a refund. Ahmet really paid attention to what I was looking for and then went the extra mile, and found me a replacement item that was exactly the colour I wanted! I would definitely shop with them again.
