This is the best flat iron I've used so far. It doesn't snag my hair and leaves it feeling silky smooth. I love that the width allows me the flexibility of doing both straight and curly styles. My only suggestion would be that the temperature control buttons be placed on the inside because sometimes my fingers press on them accidentally, which causes the temperature to change when I don't want it to.
