Love the coffee, don’t like the way the coffee is placed in the cup.

Because I have serious arthritis I have trouble opening the little envelopes. Please make it easier to open. I have been ordering your product for years from Amazon. I just received the same decaf Columbian freeze dried coffees for 40 cups. But very painful hands trying to open the serving packet. In years passed you had a different mechanism and my hands weren’t affected. The coffee is the best, but the serving mechanism is horrid. I will not order it any more until you improve the delivery system.
