Love them on salads and sandwich's. My sandwich consist of whole wheat bread 1 piece, 2 pcs of turkey, on top of a bed of baby spinach with cucumbers slices and avocado on top of my sprouts and a dab of Italian dressing. Fills you up and so healthy.
