The customer service was great !! The only issue I had was not getting everything on the first shipment but in their defense, This happened during covid19 . They were very quick with responding back to my emails plus they refunded me $200 back to my card. I would definitely do business with them again

Great piece of equipment

This is a great piece of equipment for my home gym. The options are unparalleled. The safety aspect is great for my 16 year old daughter to use solo without worry. Definitely a great purchase for the entire family.
