I have never had this happen, but I am missing one out of four item i’m usually happy with my orders when ordering from Modern Gents , but this time is very unusual but the quality of the rings and jewelry is top-tier i’m still gonna give it five stars because the quality has nothing to do with my missing item I also love how with every order they send you a ring sizer, and a cloth to clean your ring
