Guittard Dark Chocolate Flavored Wafers — 1, 5, & 25 lb

Taste great.

I did an extensive search for a’peels/wafers without hydrogenated fats and these are the only ones I found. The dark is not bitter tasting. Combining the dark and milk will taste like cocoa; I had leftover melted dark, then I added the milk wafers and it worked great.

Tasted Terrible

I use Guittard for all my chocolate cakes. I decided to order this chocolate to make bark for Christmas gifts. I made it and it tasted awful, made my stomach hurt. Perhaps I didn’t research the product I was ordering more carefully? But, this definitely wasn’t the standard of Guittard chocolate.
