FreeStyle Test Strips 100 count

I have tried 3 times to contact customer service. The wrong strips wre sent for the tester i ordered . I need the Freestyle LITE. The reg Freestyle is what was shipped. I ordered 2 test kits and the lancing device for one was broken. I am running low and need test strips . Customer service has not answered me as to how to remedy the problems.
