the first head cement was hardened in the container but true to their word, i contact Loon and they shipped my out a new one, no questions asked. Product is great , highly recommend

Great product
I've been using Loon head cement for years and it does the job. If you drop some it's easy to clean and easy to dilute when it come to tick.
