Hostile customer service

Reached the place but gate was locked during opening hours. Scolded by the woman when I tried to open to enter, signs were unclear; apparently must ring the bell and wait for them to come. Once I finally entered, again scolded me while asking me for order number. While retrieving my item, was talking about my order with another customer in a mocking tone. Very poor experience.
