I'd been looking for will caught salmon for months and was disappointed to find "farmed salmon" at even finer grocery establishments. The taste and texture of this product was of superior quality. Fantastic King Salmon

My second order. One was shipped to my son in law in Arizona. He absolutely loved the flavor and texture. I prepared ours last weekend. Seared it in Avocado oil with butter, seasoned it lightly with salt and pepper. Topped it with garlic, capers, a little white wine, and topped it with fresh parsley. It took only 2 minutes to complete. Delicious 😋 What a treat! Highly recommended.

Flaky and Delicious

The Salmon from Sizzlefish arrives on time and is packed well in dry ice. I cooked it in the air fryer (400° for 8-10 minutes) and it was cooked perfectly. The fish was moist, great tasting, and the the 4oz size makes a great single serving. The fish is delicious. This is my 4th purchase from Sizzlefish and I will be purchasing the salmon and the halibut again.
