Sent via email—Hey Marlon, we’ve spoken before regarding your air fresheners, specifically after the scent version changed. We’ve been longtime customers and wanted to share some honest feedback. We recently bought 5–6 fresheners and, as directed with the newer version, removed them fully from the packaging. Even from the beginning, the scent was much weaker than before. Once placed in our vehicles, there was little to no smell, and they did not last more than a few days. The older versions were completely different — you could smell them through the USPS packaging and they would last for months. Whatever changed has had a major impact on the product quality from our experience, which is honestly very disappointing as longtime supporters of your brand. We also sent a text expressing the same concern, but wanted to follow up directly here as well. We understand there are no refunds or anything of that nature — we simply wanted to provide genuine feedback from loyal customers. FYI over 10yr+ customers

My package arrived damaged

When my package arrived(it was delayed for some reason) I have noticed that it has oily spots on it. One of three packs was damaged and leaking that caused all the mess. I had to throw it away cause it was oily and I didn’t want to leave the oily spots in my car. That’s the first time it happened to me and I was really disappointed. That’s the product that I like but ……..I hope it will be replaced
