After some adjustments the shoulder holster fits perfect. I would definitely recommend Southern Trappers to anyone looking for a custom fit holster.

Incomplete, poorly made, doesn’t fit

I just spent 600 dollars on a custom holster that doesn’t fit my gun. Magazine pouches that don’t retain magazines. Size adjustment straps without holes drilled into them. It was clear the craftsman didn’t have basic knowledge of the firearm he was creating a holster for. Their customer support team wouldn’t even let me spend money to fix it. They rather I go to a third party to fix their problems caused. Avoid this company if you’re trying to spend real money. Company won’t even let me reorder A new holster with the correct measurements because they simply don’t want to do the work for some arbitrary rule. I’m a veteran and I came here to support veteran business. But this is a predatory company that doesn’t care about you or your user experience. Even after all these mistakes there was zero done to make things right. No replacement magazine pouch. No replacement holster. No discount. They won’t even let me buy one that fits because they want to borrow my tools during the process. This place is a circus.

Hastily made. Many mistakes. Poor design.

Magazine pouches were too loose. Standard 17 round magazines fall out. I asked for a magazine retention strap and they straight up told me no I didn’t need one. It needed one. I called and told them about the issue and they told me that I had to send them all my magazines because they couldn’t be bothered to find a 30 dollar magazine to get the correct size themselves or look up the information online. They don’t drill holes in my adjustable straps to adjust the height. I had to do that myself. They didn’t listen to me when I told them my gun had an integrated compensator and they made my holster too large by adding a double compensator gap. I called and said I would pay for a new holster. Pay for a new magazine pouch. I’d pay full price and I just want my product to work. Instead they’d rather have me mail them more or my property because they are either too willfully cheap or inefficient to get basic tasks done. I came here as an army veteran to support other veterans. I feel used. Like my business is unwelcome and there was zero effort to work with me to actually just fix the problem. I expected way better standards from a company where the owner still addresses himself with his rank.
