A great solution to a remodeling quandry

We bought 2 pop-up outlets, which have performed well. Spill-resistance is a nice feature, should we ever need it. But we were delighted to find them, thanks to a tip from one of our workers on a kitchen remodel. We'd always wanted to add cabinets & a countertop to our kitchen space, behind our brick fireplace. But the electrical outlet incorporated in the masonry was near floor level...and extending power via the brickwork was going to be messy and expensive. When our workman mentioned pop-up plugs, we'd never known they existed; but the internet was forthcoming. They were a fantastic solution that allowed routing power via the cabinetry, and far neater than any alternatives we could conceive. Great product, and a good assortment of colors was offered. We really like them!
