Great Service and response from this company. I ordered my AquaVac and received as promised. After our fist use and open to clean we noticed one of the filter locks was broken which I assume caused from delivery. I emailed the company and sent photo and with no questions asked another was sent in replacement in a matter of days. Great customer service and very happy with this company. Will continue future business with them.
