Easily satisfied with the very best

When I outgrew (ahem) my USAF 21st Century A-2 I naturally went to Cockpit for a larger replacement. Since buying that A-2, I moved from California to snowy Idaho so I thought I would like a four-season jacket this time. The Flight Crew was perfect for this; with the zip-in liner and fluffy collar, the coldest days here are tamed, while in warmer months the bare jacket with its snapped instead of woven cuffs is just right. The black is a fun change from the brown A-2s I have been wearing since the mid-1980s. The fit is spot-on for my chest size and I could not be happier with it. My wife says I'm a snob about such things but I reply with, "I am easily satisfied with the very best."
