XOTIC PC Universal Power Adapter

My order was cancelled by the payment processor after Xotic-PC received the funds, confirmed the payment and fulfilled my order. However I never received the items that I purchased nor have I received a refund from my purchase yet. There has been a lack of transparency to the whole process with the merchant giving me incorrect updates on my order stating it had been shipped and was in route all the while my order had been in fact cancelled. Find a different company if you want to purchase a custom gaming system.
