Missing pin

I did not receive the thin red line pin I ordered and when I sent a message to the company about it I did not get a response. My boyfriend is a firefighter and his grandmother is not doing well. She likes getting pins for Christmas so we ordered her the pin as a present and now we have been charged for it, never received it and can’t get a response about it. Disappointed.
