Fabulous product, swift delivery and amazing customer care. Altogether a wonderful experience choosing two special pendants for my late brother and hood friend.

The keyring was ok, a little cheap looking and I was disappointed that after the charms were put in that it wasn't sealed and was very easy to open which with the wear and tear a keyring gets may mean it could open on is own. I won't be gifting it as intended.

Beautifully made locket for my niece who turned 16. Correspondence was excellent as we didn't realise we could engrave it but we were able to add that on after the order had gone through. The engraving looked amazing and my niece was really thrilled with it. Thank you!
