Ragin Cajun Creole
I am enjoying this very much. I made a low carb Cajun version of stuffed peppers. Cauliflower rice and minced shrimp stir fried with the Ragin Cajun spice and then stuffed in the bell peppers with a lot of cheese and baked. It was delicious!
