I competed in powerlifting for 47 years and used pretty much every belt that came along. I never did find one that I really liked for the deadlift. I'm retired from PL now but still training heavy for an old guy and finally found a belt that I really like. I wish I had found this belt a few decades ago....
It is sturdy yet allows for the lifter to get to an advantaged starting point and holds strong throughout the full range of the movement. It is also a great belt for equiped benchers.

Good solid support stays tight!
Happy with this new addition! It's great on its own and paired with a soft belt!
