Got my order right

After putting in order, I realized I made a dumb mistake and needed more wire! Went to online chat, got order on hold, got contact info for John C. He revised my order, billed me for the add-on, and all the wire shipped and arrived within a couple days. Great service fixing my dumb mistake.

Correct Colors Not Available

I think that the product is of high quality and installed easily, but when I placed the order the correct colors where shown as in stock and I was later contacted and informed that it would be 8-10 weeks to receive the correct colors. However, when I then again checked the ordering the colors showed as in stock. If the colors are out of stock then they should appear as out of stock online. This caused some unneeded headaches with the project manager and inspector.
