Missing/lost order

Didn't receive my order. horrible customer service. I ordered this with an additional roll of wire. The other roll was delivered but this one was missing. I reported this and was more or less told that I was wrong and that I didn't "check the other boxes that were delivered" kind of insulting really. Anyway it has been 2 weeks and no news. Update After a month I did receive the missing wire. The reason for the 3 star review is the customer support.

Horrible Service!

Misleading pricing, weeks before delivery, no tracking information, and shippers try to corner you for tips! CEO of the company completely silent on the issue when escalated. I would avoid shopping here.
