20 ft telescoping flagpole

I really like this flagpole. It was easy to install and easy to raise. The flag never gets tangled around the pole due to the swiveling ring the flag attaches to. My only criticism is that there is no way that I am aware of to lower the flag to half mast.

Nice product at a good price. Delivery came in two parts without informing me of such. When I contacted DIY, they quickly educated me of such and provided me a delivery estimate for the second package.
