Communication!

Order fulfilled in the end after firstly not receiving an email which was supposed to have been sent, to say the colour jacket ordered was not available. Ended up telephoning the store and spoke to a nice gentleman who was very helpful in sorting a different colour jacket. Received very promptly after that. Great jacket!
