Jewelry was not as expected

Did you know that there are left and right side spirals? I didn't know either until I received my twisted barbell and discovered that it twisted the wrong way! Apparently, the technical term for it is "chirality". This website doesn't give any indication of which direction their twisted barbells go, and when I called after receiving mine, rather than being helpful, the person I spoke to didn't believe me and didn't seem particularly willing to help. In the end, I used two pliers and a hand towel to literally reshape the jewelry manually. 🙄 I managed to get what I wanted (albeit slightly mis-shapen thanks to an imperfect fix), but it didn't come as expected and customer service was fairly unhelpful.
