Not pleased with the customer service after the purchase. When I unboxed the unit to assemble it, the thermometer was leaking. I called your company with my concerns, and was informed that it was an issue for the manufacture. I was given an email address to contact. I first called but no live person. I emailed their customer service as directed by the website. After a couple of days not receiving a response, I called again. Some one answered and responded that I would need to talk with a Teck. Been days and no call back about a defective part shipped, Kelly
